Vinyl won t come off cricut transfer tape.
Use a scraper to burnish transfer tape onto.
I do that a few times until it is less sticky.

I take whatever size of transfer tape i need and stick it to the couch or table.
If you re transfer tape won t pick up the vinyl off the backing sheet you re in luck.
